Ashley founded ALAB GROUP with a bold vision: reimagine the agency model for a new era of commerce.

In 2012, Ashley Orfus recognized a fundamental shift in how consumers engage with brands. As the marketing and PR landscape struggled to keep pace with rapidly evolving consumer behaviors, she envisioned a different approach - one that would blend scientific precision with creative innovation. This vision became ALAB GROUP.

"I wanted to create something as dynamic as the entrepreneurs and businesses we serve," Ashley explains. The name ALAB, standing for "A Laboratory," reflects our foundational commitment to experimentation and data-driven design. What began as an innovative space to test and refine new approaches to brand storytelling has evolved into a pioneering methodology that transforms how brands connect with their audiences.
